If the blanching time is too short, the enzymes cannot be fully inactivated, and the storage stability of Freeze Dried Corn Kernels will decrease; if the blanching time is too long, the color and taste of the Freeze Dried Sweet Corn will decrease, and the loss of nutrients will also increase. The corn ear is treated with steam, and the effect is better, and the treatment time is 5-7 minutes.
