Pumpkin Flour Pumpkin Pastry

raw material:
- 1 cup Dried Pumpkin Powder
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, chilled and cut into chunks
- 1/4 cup cold water
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp sugar (optional)
instruct:
1. In a large mixing bowl combine Pumpkin Powder, Pumpkin Powder Bulk, salt, and sugar (if using).
2. Add the chilled butter cubes to the bowl, and using a pastry cutter or your hands, work the butter into the flour until the mixture resembles grit.
3. Gradually add cold water to the bowl, stirring until the dough comes together and forms a ball.
4. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
5. Preheat oven to 375°F.
6. Roll out chilled dough to 1/4 inch thick on a surface dusted with Sweet Pumpkin Powder.
7. Use a cookie cutter or knife to cut the dough into desired shapes.
8. Place the pastry on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
9. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until edges are lightly golden.
10. Remove from the oven and let cool before serving.
