The Drying Onions processing procedure is: raw material selection→washing→(remove the onion tip, green skin, dig out the root, remove the scale, remove the coarse old scale)→slicing (cut into strips, the width is within 4.0-4.5mm)→rinse→drain Drying → sieving → loading → entering the drying room → drying (about 6-7 hours at 58°C, and the moisture content is controlled at about 5%) → balanced moisture (1-2 days) → selection and inspection → grading and packaging. Put Freeze Dried Onion into a corrugated carton lined with moisture-proof aluminum foil bags and plastic bags, net weight 20kg or 25kg, and transport in an insulated warehouse.
